Team Member - Housekeeping Newcastle

We have full time (5 days out of
7) and part time (3 days out of
7) roles available working 11am to 3pm with the possibility of a later start or a longer shift at the weekend.

• Cleaning and arranging guest rooms to brand standards
• Changing linen onbeds and bunk beds
• Cleaning and sanitising showers, bathtubs, toilets, countertops, and sinks
• Vacuuming and cleaning carpets
• Reporting breakages, damages, and safety issues for repairs
• Assisting with cleanliness of public areas and bar
• Carrying out deep or periodic cleans per schedule

Previous experience in a Housekeeping role is a plus but not essential. No specific qualifications are required, just a passion for hospitality, a positive attitude, and a great sense of humour!

This housekeeping role includes tasks of a physical nature throughout the shift including extensive bending, lifting and carrying.

We are looking to fill vacancies in full and part-time roles, with a minimum of 12 hours per week, working up to3 days from 7 for part time roles and 5 days from 7 for full time roles, on a rota basis. Due to the nature of the business, weekend availability is required.

• Experience with hotel, hostel, or aparthotel operations would be an advantage.
