The Copthorne Hotel Newcastle is seeking a Breakfast Food & Beverage Assistant – available to work 4 hours a day, 5 mornings per week, as well as various Casual Food & Beverage positions.

• Providing food and beverage service
• Dealing with guest requests
• General cleaning duties
• Setting conference rooms, moving furniture and equipment
• Carrying out a variety of tasks, depending on guest requirements

• Experience of Food & Beverage service
• High customer service focus
• Good communication skills
• Pleasant mannerism and positive, ‘can do' attitude
• High standards and attention to detail
• Flexibility to carry out a variety of tasks
• Ability to work a 5 mornings per week on a rota basis, weekend work is included; other casual hours include late evenings including Christmas party/Wedding events
