We are seeking a Permanent and one Temporary Senior Support Worker to join our team. You will work alongside people who use our services, supporting in a range of activities, including developing independence in daily living, accessing work, education and leisure activities.

• Support people with autism and associated conditions in daily living activities.
• Develop independence and facilitate access to work, education, and leisure.
• Provide specialist support tailored to each individual's needs.
• Maintain accurate records of support provided and progress.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to service improvement.

• At least six months experience supporting people with autism, learning disabilities or associated conditions.
• Flexible and adaptable to meet service needs.
• Registered with NISCC or willing to apply to register upon appointment.
• Full UK driving licence.
