Main duties of the jobYou would be responsible for delivering a mixture of outpatient and inpatient work, both independently and as part of the highly specialist MDT. You would work with patients to prepare them for surgery (pre‑hab) as well as delivering Enhanced Recovery After Surgery, and where appropriate, post‑op outpatient care. We have access to hydrotherapy and a small gym on site at the Royal Victoria Infirmary.
There will be time protected for service and personal development, in line with AHP Job Planning, and access to appropriate CPD. The working pattern is Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday in order to meet the needs of the service.
As a flexible working friendly organisation, we want to be sure that you can work in a way that is best for us and for our patients, and for you. Speak to us about how we might be able to accommodate a flexible working arrangement. If it works for the service, we will do our best to make it work for you.
