Position: Female Domiciliary Care Worker
Location: Gosforth and surrounding areas of Newcastle upon Tyne
Salary: £12.03-£14.06 per hour
Car Drivers with own vehicle essential to the job requirements
Variable and flexible hours available including early's, day shifts, evening shifts, and alternate weekends.

Lincoln Healthcare Group is an established Home Care provider, supporting clients with both non-complex and clinical needs in their own homes.
Main responsibilities- Supporting the individual in a person-centred way
- Supporting all aspects of personal care
- Providing clinical interventions as required
- Administering and managing all levels of medication as required
- Assisting activities of daily living & advocating and empowering independence
- Working in a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring compliance for Health and Safety
- Ensuring all records are maintained accurately according to policy & procedure
- Attending all training and office meetings relating to client need
- To respond positively to changing needs and managing risk effectively
- To undertake such other duties as may reasonably be required
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate qualities, knowledge and skills as described in the main responsibilities and be able to evidence a proven ability to provide paid care to clients with health care needs.
This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Ex-Offenders Act.
Gender requirementThere is a genuine occupational requirement for the holder of this post to be female in accordance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and Equality Act 2010 schedule 9 paragraphs 1 – 4.
A satisfactory Enhanced Adult Workforce DBS / Update Service DBS is required for the post.
