Deputy Manager – Newcastle (North East)
Salary: £37,440 base;
Pay per sleep: £73 per shift. Lack of requirement for other sleeps occasionally required.
Hours: 12-hour shifts, 4 per week.
Service: Children's Home.
Number of Beds: 3.
Bed Type: 5 Bed (Dual Registered EBD and LD) implementing the PACE model.
Service Users: Young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, autism, and learning disabilities.
Qualifications
Required:
Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
Employment Type: Permanent.

- Positive “can do” attitude and ability to work as a team player.
- Opportunities to grow into a Registered Manager and access to Level 5 training upon completing probation.
- Full training provided including a 2-week induction and 6-month supported induction.
- All services rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted.
- Future plans: growing and inspiring provider focused on creating the best outcomes for young people.
- Psychologist and Occupational Therapist input available.
