As Red Swan scales across markets, deepening institutional relationships and governance capacity is a strategic priority.
THE BOARD MEMBER ROLERed Swan is seeking Board Members with institutional capital access and strategic market insight to support the company’s long‑term growth and institutional positioning.
This is a governance‑level board appointment, not an operational or advisory‑only role.
Board Members are expected to bring:
- Direct, current relationships with Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) — e.g., sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, large asset managers, insurance allocators, or institutional family offices
- Experience participating in or influencing institutional allocation decisions
- Strategic insight into capital markets, institutional underwriting frameworks, or CRE investment ecosystems
- A governance mindset focused on strategy, positioning, and institutional engagement
This role is designed for individuals who can represent Red Swan credibly with capital allocators and inform institutional engagement strategy. The focus is strategic oversight, not day‑to‑day operations.
STRATEGIC FOCUSBoard Members may contribute to:
- Strengthening institutional capital relationships and access pipelines
- Guidance on engagement frameworks for sovereign, pension, and institutional allocators
- High‑level strategy for institutional positioning and governance
- Input on global market dynamics and priority geographies
- Ongoing evaluation of institutional trends affecting exposure to tokenized real estate and capital deployment
While this role is primarily focused on institutional alignment, Red Swan may also explore broader strategic engagements with the wider lead pool as the Board’s insights evolve.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & PROFILECandidates will typically bring 15+ years of senior experience in one or more of the following:
- Pension funds and large public funds
- Insurance company investment teams
- Large asset management firms
- Real estate private equity or structured finance
- Direct connections to institutional capital allocators
- Track record of influencing allocation decisions or governance strategy
- Experience with institutional underwriting, allocation committees, or portfolio governance
- Deep understanding of capital markets, real‑estate investing trends, or institutional risk frameworks
This role is structured for individuals with capital allocation influence and governance experience
