9‑Month Fixed Term Contract

Are you an organised, detail‑driven administrator looking to build or strengthen your career within Financial Services? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high‑performing wealth and investment operations team on a 9‑month fixed term contract, based full‑time in a Newcastle office environment.
This role would suit someone with experience in Financial Services or Wealth Management, or an administrator from a regulated, professional services environment who enjoys working as part of an office‑based team and is keen to develop within the sector.
The Opportunity
You will join a collaborative Asset Services function, playing a key role in the accurate and timely delivery of operational and administrative tasks. The work you do will directly support business operations, mitigate risk, and maintain high standards of data integrity and client service.
This is a fully office‑based role, offering day‑to‑day collaboration and hands‑on support within a well‑established team.
What You'll Be Doing
Producing high‑quality work with a strong focus on accuracy, deadlines, SLAs and operational standards
Supporting the maintenance of departmental processes, guides and procedures
Assisting with management information (MI), reporting and data integrity
Escalating risks, errors or workload challenges to management in a timely manner
Gaining a solid understanding of team objectives and how they align with wider business strategy
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
Supporting the delivery of projects and change initiatives where required
What We're Looking For:
Essential
An understanding of the Financial Services sector or a strong interest in building a career within it
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong time management with the ability to juggle competing priorities
Confident, professional communication skills with a client‑focused mindset
A good level of IT proficiency
Analytical thinking and effective problem‑solving skills
Adaptability and willingness to embrace change Desirable
