As a Senior Electrical Engineer
, you will join a technically strong team working across a broad range of power engineering projects. Given the diversity of work, this role can be tailored to suit your area of specialisation while still offering exposure to adjacent disciplines if desired.

Depending on your background, the role may focus on:

• HV design including substations, overhead lines, and underground networks
• Power system studies such as load flow, fault level, protection coordination, and arc flash
• Protection system design, settings, and commissioning support
• Technical leadership on complex projects from concept through to delivery
• Client engagement, design reviews, and mentoring of junior engineers

You are an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in the power and energy sector and a passion for delivering high-quality technical outcomes. You value collaboration, enjoy solving complex problems, and want to work in an environment that recognises and leverages your strengths.

You will ideally bring:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering
• Strong experience in one or more power engineering specialisations (HV design, substations, OH lines, power studies, or protection)
• Knowledge of Australian standards and utility requirements
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused culture
• Excellent communication skills and a practical, solutions-driven approach
