The Role:

• Preparing and submitting planning applications (outline and full)
• Drafting Planning Statements and supporting documentation
• Supporting site promotions through Local Plan representations
• Assisting with appeal submissions
• Liaising directly with local authorities and consultees
• Attending client meetings and site visits

About You:

• MRTPIqualified or actively working towards chartership
• Experience gained in consultancy, local authority or developer-side
• Strong report writing ability
• Acommercially aware and client-focused approach
