Castle View are looking for an experienced Engineering Site Manager to lead site operations and deliver high quality engineering projects safely, on time and within budget. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing day to day site activities, managing teams, co ordinating subcontractors and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company standards.
Responsibilities- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Maintain strict compliance with health & safety standards
- Manage project documentation, reports and progress updates
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments
- Resolve technical and operational issues efficiently
- Proven track record in a site management role within an engineering environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of health & safety legislation
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
