Project Manager - Regulated Water

These large portfolios require experienced leaders to deliver projects across our various Frameworks with United Utilities, Northumbrian Water, Thames Water, Severn Trent and Anglian Water. We are seeking highly skilled Project Managers to lead the delivery of detailed design and Design & Build projects in the water and wastewater sector across the UK. You will oversee infrastructure and non‑infrastructure projects from concept through to commissioning, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through all project phases: feasibility, design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule and risk to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee technical design reviews and ensure constructability, safety and environmental compliance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, regulators, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including programmes, cost plans and progress reports.
• Proven experience in managing water and wastewater projects, ideally within UK regulatory frameworks.
• Strong understanding of both infrastructure (e.g., pipelines, sewers) and non‑infrastructure (e.g., treatment plants, pumping stations) assets.
• Experience in Design & Build delivery models and detailed design coordination.
• Project Management Qualification;
  Member of ICE or CIWEM.
