• Hands-on role – you’ll be based in an office in a fabrication hall alongside the Supervisors.
• Walking the hall – the aim is to change behaviours and build a culture around HSE.
• You’ll oversee the supervisors and the workforce from an HSE perspective.
• There are some issues with noise complaints from neighbours so when appropriate take steps to mitigate this impact including stopping certain works if required.
• Liaise with the client, possiblybe involved in weekly joint client inspections, produce reports and action trackers.
• Incident investigation, possibly investigation reports.
• Generally improve HSE standards and behaviours towards these.

• Will hold a NEBOSH Certificate
