BMS Engineer

My client is a SME BMS company that is led by personable, highly experienced and organised BMS professionals. They’re keen to speak with BMS Engineers who would like to join a positive team and be part of their steady growth within the BMS industry.

The directors seek an additional BMS Engineer who is comfortable with BMS PPM, fault finding and small work projects (installs, upgrades etc.). They are a multi‑systems house and would be open to speaking to applicants with Trend or Tridium BMS experience.

The BMS Engineer will work in London mainly. My client works in various commercial environments, so a solid understanding of HVAC and control panels would be key for this role.

The BMS Engineer will be required to:

• Complete BMS PPMs, attend breakdowns on site, support remotely in emergencies; identify BMS improvements and building performance; deliver these changes.
• While not essential, the directors would like the successful BMS Engineer to be comfortable completing small works, which would include changes to BMS graphics and software.

The BMS Engineer can expect;

• £40,000 – £55,000 per annum (salary review after probation up to £60,000)
