Golden Fox Recruitment is working with a well-established consultancy to appoint an Asbestos Surveyor covering the North East, delivering work exclusively across commercial and industrial sites.

This position offers stability, varied projects and the opportunity to work within a quality-driven technical team.

The Role of an Asbestos Surveyor Includes:

* Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys

* Non-domestic buildings including offices, industrial units and large facilities

* Sampling, reporting and client liaison

* Ensuring full compliance with legislation and UKAS standards

What You’ll Need

* BOHS P402 qualification

* Experience surveying commercial and industrial properties

* Strong attention to detail

* Full UK driving licence
