This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Hydraulic Draftsperson/BIM Modeller located in the Greater Newcastle Area. The primary responsibilities include preparing detailed hydraulic services drawings and models, leveraging BIM (Building Information Modelling) software for project design, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure accurate project delivery. The role also requires reviewing designs for compliance with standards, managing document control workflows, and coordinating effectively with stakeholders to meet project deadlines.

• Proficiency in using BIM tools and software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar platforms
• Experience in designing and drafting hydraulic and plumbing systems
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including document control and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Australian standards and compliance for hydraulic and building services
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate design ideas clearly
• Tertiary qualification in engineering, drafting, or a related field is beneficial
• Prior working experience in the building or construction industry is advantageous
