Are you passionate about delivering excellence on major projects? We’re looking for a Mobilisation Delivery Partner to join our team and take ownership of site mobilisation and demobilisation across Balfour Beatty's large and complex projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan and deliver site mobilisation and demobilisation to ensure projects start and finish smoothly.
  • Act as the single point of contact for customers and suppliers, conducting professional onsite meetings.
  • Supervise mobilisation activities on site, ensuring quality checks and compliance with Health & Safety standards.
  • Produce accurate cost data, handovers, and lessons learned reports for stakeholders.
  • Manage programmes for modular/cabin setups and ensure all orders meet SLA and KPI requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external supply chain partners.
Who we’re looking for Essential
  • CITB SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
  • CSCS Card (Labourer or above).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage at all levels.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Desirable
  • NVQ in Construction Supervision/Management.
  • CPCS Appointed Person in Lifting.
  • First Aid at Work, Fire Awareness Training.
  • Previous experience in construction and site mobilisation.
