Maths Teacher

Are you a passionate and inspiring Maths Teacher seeking a new challenge? We are looking for a dedicated Maths Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Bootle. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional or a highly motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a supportive and dynamic department.

As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference, helping pupils build their confidence and achieve excellent results at GCSE level. The ideal candidate will have a strong subject knowledge and a genuine desire to make maths accessible and enjoyable for all students.

• Planning and delivering high-quality maths lessons that are both engaging and effective.
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Contributing to the wider life of the school and the maths department.
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.

• A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or working towards it.
• A specialism in Mathematics or a related field.
• The ability to teach across Key Stage 3 and GCSE.
• A commitment to promoting a love of learning and fostering a growth mindset in students.
