We are seeking to appoint two appropriately qualified and experienced primary teachers – these posts are not suitable for ECTs.
Post 1One is to cover secondment, for one year, from 1st September 2026 through to 31st August 2027.
Post 2The second is to cover maternity leave, for two terms, from 1st September 2026 through to 25th March 2027.
RequirementsThe successful applicants will possess excellent subject knowledge, creativity and communication skills, and will be able to:
- demonstrate effective, successful teaching and organisational skills
- provide a stimulating learning environment both indoors and outdoors
- enthuse and motivate children to learn and progress
- engage and involve parents, professionals and the wider community, developing excellent relationships to support learning and ensure great outcomes for all children
- work effectively as part of a team, reflecting on their teaching and children’s learning to help others develop as teacher
