Salary: £120-£160 per day*

The RoleYou will plan and deliver engaging and accessible science lessons tailored to meet the needs of pupils who may require additional support to succeed. The role involves creating a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and achievement.
Key Responsibilities- Planning and delivering high‑quality Science lessons across relevant key stages
- Differentiating learning to meet a range of abilities and needs
- Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Managing behaviour effectively using consistent and supportive approaches
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
- Monitoring progress and adapting teaching to ensure positive outcomes
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Is available to work 5 days per week
- Has experience working with pupils with additional needs or SEMH (desirable)
- Is confident in behaviour management and inclusive teaching strategies
- Is patient, adaptable, and passionate about making a difference
- Works well as part of a collaborative team
