We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic and adaptable Cover Teacher to join a friendly primary school in Worcestershire, supporting pupils learning by delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive classroom environment during periods of staff absence.

This role is ideal for a qualified teacher who enjoys flexibility and working across different year groups within a supportive school environment.

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across the primary age range
• Maintain a positive, safe and engaging learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Provide feedback to class teachers where appropriate
• Always uphold school s ethos and safeguarding procedures

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• Flexibility, reliability and a positive attitude
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
