As a Primary Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging, inclusive, and differentiated lessons tailored to meet a range of learning needs
• Promote inclusion, independence, and achievement for all pupils
• Adapt teaching strategies and resources to support both academic progress and emotional wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider support team
• Create and maintain a positive, nurturing classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external professionals

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience in a primary school setting (SEN experience desirable)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A creative, flexible, and resilient approach to teaching
• Experience delivering differentiated lessons
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
