Engagement Tutor; Temporary

Position: Employer Engagement Tutor (Temporary)
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

An Employer Engagement Tutor is required for a secondary school in the Newcastle area. You will support pupils, parents and key staff in the application process for post 16 education. You will join a welcoming team, and the role will start asap and will be full time and ongoing long term (phone number removed) Mon-Thurs, 8.30-3.00 Fri). This is a fantastic School with mixed sex and has supportive and friendly staff and managers.

The ideal candidate would:

* Have a passion to help pupils further their education

* Have great organisational skills

* Be able to plan effective learning programmes

* Be good at problem solving

In addition, you must:

• Provide two referees we can contact

• Have a DBS form or be prepared to obtain one

Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
