Contract:

Full-time until July 2025.

• Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, and PMLD.
• Work 1:1 and in small groups to deliver engaging interventions that promote confidence, understanding, and academic progress.
• Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to adapt learning to meet individual needs and celebrate every achievement.
• Assist across the school community during break and lunchtime duties, fostering positive relationships and teamwork.

• Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent childcare-based qualification (essential).
• Previous experience working with children in a UK school setting.
• A warm, resilient, and positive approach with strong communication skills.
• Right to work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
• Two professional, child-related references covering the last two years.
