Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - SEN
Pay: £14-£16 per hour

Catch Up Academy is looking for a Learning Support Assistant with experience supporting children and young people with SEN, particularly speech, language, and communication needs.
The Role- Support learners alongside a teacher or tutor
- Help students access learning, remain regulated, and build confidence
- Reinforce learning activities set by the tutor/teacher
- Promote independence and positive behaviour
- Experience supporting children with SEN
- Patient, calm, adaptable
- Good communication skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- (component) Experience with Speech and Language needs
- Background in education, care, or SEN support
- Directly impact student progress and confidence
- Flexible and supportive environment
