Full Time – 37 hours term time only plus 5 training days and 10 on‑call days. Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 04:00 pm (30‑minute lunch). One early finish at 03:30 pm each week.
Salary: BB07 – £32,825 to £35,983 (actual pro‑rata £32,825‑£35,983).

Play a central role in a school with a mission: forming great men. In this role you will be the Headmaster’s trusted professional partner and gatekeeper, ensuring his time is focused on the most critical matters. Your day‑to‑day duties include:
- Managing a.generic fast‑paced schedule and coordinating meetings, events and key appointments.
- Preparing polished documents, reports and briefings for the Headmaster.
- Maintaining clear, efficient communication across the school.
- Acting as the first point of contact for staff, parents, governors and visitors, representing the Headmaster’s office with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications & experienceWe are looking for a candidate who has:
- Experience as a PA or senior administrator with outstanding organisational and time‑management skills. Strong written and verbal communication, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with digital systems.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Experience in an educational setting and knowledge of HR processes, safeguarding and GDPR would be an advantage.
