Primary Teacher; QTS

As a Primary Teacher, you will take full responsibility for delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire pupils and support their academic and personal development. You'll be working within a collaborative school environment where creativity, commitment, and care for children are at the heart of everything you do.

• Planning & Delivery:
  Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Primary National Curriculum.
• Assessment:
  Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
• Classroom Management:
  Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where all pupils can succeed.
• Inclusion:
  Support pupils with additional needs, ensuring equal access to learning opportunities.
• Safeguarding:
  Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding and promote pupil wellbeing at all times.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work effectively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support pupil outcomes.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, BEd, or equivalent).

• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A positive, proactive, and passionate approach to teaching.
• Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
