We’re looking for psychology graduates who want hands‑on experience supporting children with additional needs. You’ll join a warm, welcoming school in Newcastle that truly values its staff. What you’ll be doingSupporting students with Autism (ASD),
SEMH
, or PMLD needsProviding one‑to‑one and small‑group interventions
Working closely with teachers and therapists to help every pupil thrive
Bringing patience, empathy, and a positive attitude to every day
A Psychology graduate (or related degree) with an interest in SEND
A caring, flexible, and proactive approach
Experience working with children or adults with additional needs (a bonus, not a must)
An up‑to‑date DBS on the Update Service—and we can help you get one
Weekly PAYE pay – no umbrella companies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
