- Lead and contribute to architectural projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and office sectors
- Develop and coordinate design and technical proposals across multiple RIBA stages
- Produce and manage high-quality drawing and documentation packages using Revit
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams
- Attend and contribute to client meetings, presentations, and design reviews
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, quality, and technical requirements
- Support junior team members and collaborate closely with the wider design team
- Maintain high design and technical standards while balancing programme and commercial considerations
- Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with several years of relevant professional experience
- Strong proficiency in Revit and experience working within a BIM environment
- Proven experience delivering projects within residential, commercial, industrial, or office sectors
- Strong technical knowledge with a good understanding of UK planning, building regulations, and construction processes
- Experience working across multiple RIBA work stages
- Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
