A well-established Architectural Practice in Newcastle is seeking a Building Regulation Principal Designer to lead compliance delivery for a varied project portfolio under the Building Safety Act. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience and a strong understanding of current Building Regulations.
This role offers a negotiable salary up to £65,000, a car allowance, performance-related bonus, pension scheme, private healthcare, and hybrid working arrangements.
