About the roleThe practice is looking to strengthen its senior team with two complementary Senior Landscape Architect appointments
, both full-time and permanent.
The roles are intended to balance expertise across delivery, design and client engagement:
- Senior Landscape Architect – Education & Delivery Focus
A technically strong role leading education sector projects from concept through to construction. The position will involve detailed design, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting junior staff through project delivery. - Senior Landscape Architect – Design, Planning & Client Focus
A design-led role with a strong emphasis on concept development, planning support and client engagement. This position will suit someone confident contributing at early project stages, working with stakeholders and building long-term client relationships.
Both roles offer meaningful responsibility, influence over project outcomes, and the opportunity to play a key role within an employee-owned practice.

About you- Senior-level experience within a UK landscape architecture practice
- Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI), or actively working towards Chartership via the Pathway
- Strong capability in technical delivery, design-led project work, or a combination of both
- Experience working across sectors such as education, healthcare, regeneration or infrastructure
- Confident collaborating within multidisciplinary teams and contributing at senior level
- A genuine interest in nature-based design, biodiversity, SuDS and sustainable landscape solutions
- Motivated by collaboration, quality and long-term thinking
- Open to being based in, or relocating to, the North East
