This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplinary consultancy that offers interior, architectural, and engineering services to high‑profile projects across the UK. They are looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team in Newcastle.

• Produce technical designs and drawings within project timelines.
• Undertake site visits and surveys to assess site conditions.
• Take the lead on various projects from inception through to completion.
• Manage a small team of more junior staff members to contribute to their professional development.

• BSC or HND within Architectural Technology.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Significant post‑qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK Practice.
• Experience working across all RIBA work stages.
• Knowledge of MEP and Structural building systems and building regulations.
• CIAT Registered would be desirable.
• Experience leading projects within the residential sector.
• Job Running experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Live within a commutable distance to the Newcastle area.
