Role Description

This on-site, zero-hours Customer Service Assistant position is based in Newcastle upon Tyne. In this role, you will provide high-quality customer service to support the smooth operation of our services. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a friendly and professional attitude at all times. You will collaborate with colleagues to support daily activities, ensure cleanliness and organization, and handle any customer concerns promptly and efficiently.

Flexibility and a focus on delivering exceptional service are essential for this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address a variety of client needs effectively
  • Proven Interpersonal and Communication skills to build positive relationships and ensure clear interactions
  • A commitment to delivering Customer Satisfaction and creating positive customer experiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic situations
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous
  • Reliable, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented
  • Barista training is preferred but is not essential as you will be trained on the job
  • Flexible for shifts in the upcoming Spring/Summer months
  • Excel as a supportive and collaborative team player
