Hourly rate
: £9.50 per hour
Shifts
:
Between the hours of 6am – 7pm (7.5 hrs per day)
Weekend
: 1 Saturday in every 12 weeks
Looking for a Call Advisor to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance company based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Responsibilities- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
- Prioritising work as appropriate and efficiently
- Provide service to internal and external clients
- Generic administration duties
