Position: Customer Service Team Lead - Banking (On-Site, 37.5h)
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor for the Newcastle Contact Centre. The role involves leading a team of over 10 colleagues to provide exceptional service for a major UK high street bank. You will coach and guide your team to meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment. Working hours include a 37.5-hour week, with shifts rotating within a 6-week schedule.

Bank Holidays are non-working days, providing a balanced work-life schedule.
