Path2 Solutions are working with one of the UKs leading telecommunication providers seeking dedicated customer service advisors for its site based in Newcastle.
Our customer service advisors' daily responsibilities include taking inbound calls and renewing customers broadband, telephone and TV packages, dealing with any customer queries and logging them on our internal system, always representing our organisation in a professional manner and ensuring our customers receive a high level of customer service.

Shifts:
37.5 hours per week, 4-5 days per week, shifts will be between the hours of 8.00am and 9.00pm, including weekend working
Pay rate: £24,770 per annum
