Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
A leading telecommunications company is offering an exciting customer service apprenticeship based in Newcastle upon Tyne. With a starting salary of £21,620, rising to £25,684 after completion, you'll engage with customers over the phone, building strong relationships and recommending EE products. This role requires no prior experience, just a friendly attitude and a willingness to learn. Additionally, you'll complete an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service during your apprenticeship, supported every step of the way.
