Role Overview
Join The Enterprise Academy as a Graphic Designer (Volunteer) and help apply our new brand identity across marketing and social media. A flexible, remote role (10‑20 hrs/month) where your designs make a real impact!

- Bringing Our Brand to Life – Ensuring all materials align with our new brand identity for a strong, professional presence.
- Enhancing Engagement – Creating eye‑catching visuals that attract and inspire young people, partners, and funders.
- Supporting Growth – Helping us communicate our mission effectively, increasing visibility and opportunities.
- Maintaining Consistency – Ensuring all content stays on‑brand and on‑message across platforms.
Your designs will help us empower more young people through enterprise, employability, and public speaking programmes!
What are we looking for? Skills & Experience- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines while bringing creative ideas to the table.
- Experience designing for social media, marketing materials, or digital content.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating engaging, on‑brand visuals.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Interest in social impact and empowering young people.
Job Title Graphic Designer (Volunteer)

The Enterprise Academy is seeking a Graphic Designer (Volunteer) to help ensure our visual content aligns with our evolving brand identity. We have just gone through a rebrand (which has not launched yet), and we need support in applying our new brand across all our materials. This is a great opportunity to contribute to meaningful work while gaining experience in brand implementation.
We are also currently hiring a social media manager, who you would work closely with in turning their words into content that aligns with our brand and can be published over our social media.
Key Responsibilities- Design marketing materials, social media graphics, and promotional content in line with our new brand identity.
- Ensure consistency in visual messaging across all platforms.
- Work closely with our team to create engaging and impactful designs that support our mission.
- Adapt and refine templates for ongoing use.
- Experience in graphic design (professional or freelance).
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
- Strong eye for branding, layout, and visual storytelling.
