User Researcher Contract Initially 3 Months Hybrid Newcastle 2-3 Days a Week £400-£475pd Were seeking an experienced User Researcher who thrives in a fast-paced, public-facing environment with tight deadlines. This role goes beyond traditional research delivery and requires strong judgment, adaptability, and influence.
• What youll do
• Drive user insight within the team to shape decisions and direction
• Deliver research in complex, time-pressured, and highly visible environments
• Adapt research approaches pragmatically to fit constraints while maintaining rigour
• Translate insight into clear, actionable guidance
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and manage competing priorities
