Site Manager for BESS project Project Runs to 2027
Package Accommodation provided by company
Working WeekThe standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM for a full-day schedule on weekdays and a half-day on Saturday.
Site Manager BESS- Preparing site mobilization and execution plans.
- Managing site administration, organization, and resource planning.
- Advising on installation activities and coordinating execution schedules.
- Ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and HSSE policies.
- Conducting site inductions for all personnel.
- Organizing and leading site meetings.
- Establishing and maintaining effective site reporting practices.
- Monitoring work progress and collecting accurate reports.
- Promoting cost‑effective and efficient construction practices.
- Managing site budgets and controlling costs.
- Participating in subcontracting and local procurement activities.
- Ensuring quality control and minimizing risks throughout site execution.
- Overseeing site demobilization and ensuring contractual obligation
