Brierley J is partnering with a leading national main contractor that is expanding its team due to business growth. With projects based locally across the North East, the company operates across a diverse range of sectors including healthcare, education, commercial, hospitality, and private rental schemes.

Project values range from £2m to £35m, with most typically sitting between £10m–£12m.

They are keen to speak with Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors who are looking to join a forward thinking, people focused, and sustainability driven organisation. The business is committed to delivering projects safely and responsibly, creating long-term value for its people, supporting local communities, and driving sustainable growth.

With a strong pipeline of secured work for the next two years—built on repeat business and long-standing partnerships—the company offers stability alongside genuine opportunities for progression. They are looking for someone with main contractor experience and a background delivering a variety of projects at intermediate or senior level. Refurbishment experience within the healthcare sector would be particularly advantageous.
