We are currently looking to hire an experienced Residential Surveyor in Milton Keynes / Northampton as follows:

• Assoc
  
  RICS / MRICS & VRS qualified, with 1 years PQE minimum
• Covering a mix of MK and NN postcodes
• Well versed in main lender reporting formats and L2 surveys
• Tech savvy, with experience of using Core Logic and Rightmove Plus
• Committed career history, with a track record of meeting volume and quality targets in a clearly defined patch

In return, the successful Residential Surveyor can expect:

• A highly competitive basic salary ranging from £55-75k (depending on location & experience)
• Exceptional bonuses paid on two metrics:
  Volume (paid monthly and worth up to £24k per annum) and Fees (paid annually as a percentage of total fee income)
• £7200 p/a car allowance
