We are a well-established demolition contractor with a strong pipeline of work across the North East and wider UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager with a proven background in demolition projects to join our Newcastle-based team.

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple demolition contracts from pre-start through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards.

• Managing multiple demolition projects concurrently
• Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring full compliance with CDM Regulations, HSE standards, and company procedures
• Preparing and managing programmes, budgets, and cost reports
• Liaising with clients, local authorities, consultants, and internal teams
• Reviewing RAMS, method statements, and demolition sequencing
• Monitoring progress and resolving technical or commercial issues
• Attending site and client meetings as required

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (or Senior Project Manager) within the demolition sector
• Strong knowledge of demolition methods, temporary works, and enabling works
• Excellent understanding of health & safety legislation
• Commercially astute with strong planning and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
