This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy who provide a range of services to the commercial, residential and leisure sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Building Surveyor to join their team in their Lincoln studio.

Duties for the role of Building Surveyor include:

• Provide building maintenance support
• Carry out building condition surveys
• Undertake contact administration
• Carry out project management across multiple sites

Skills and experience for the role of Building Surveyor include:

• Relevant degree within building surveying
• Strong post qualification experience within a relevant role
• Good working knowledge of commercial property
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Experience working within the education sector is desirable
• Full UK drivers license
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
