Role Overview :Business Development Manager
We are seeking an ambitious, strategic, and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business, build strong pipelines, and identify high-value opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-growth environments and wants to progress into broader revenue ownership.
The position also offers visa sponsorship, allowing us to attract and retain world-class international talent aligned with our long-term vision. We do not currently hold a sponsorship license but we have funds to obtain a license if we meet the right individual to fill this role.

Key Responsibilities Immediate Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and convert high-value business opportunities
- Manage and refine the full sales pipeline and CRM systems
- Conduct structured outbound outreach using our internal frameworks
- Lead discovery calls, proposals, and client presentations
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with prospects
- Collaborate with marketing to strengthen brand visibility and messaging
- Contribute to revenue reporting, metrics, and forecasting
(Aligned with the CGO-track career path)
- Lead the Growth / Revenue Department as it expands
- Oversee Sales Reps, SDRs, Partnerships, Account Managers, and Lead Generation
- Own the company-wide sales process and revenue playbook
- Drive strategic partnerships and market expansion
- Develop and optimize outreach and acquisition systems
- Influence brand positioning and long-term growth strategy
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or revenue-focused
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong pipeline and CRM management abilities
- Demonstrated ability to hit targets and manage complex sales cycles
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable with autonomy
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical thinking
- Experience in a digital marketing, agency, SaaS, or consulting environment
- Prior involvement in revenue forecasting or sales operations
- Leadership or team coordination experience
- Familiarity with lead generation or sales automation tools
- Desire to grow into a senior leadership position
