Are you ready to be part of something extraordinary?
We are seeking a dedicated Business Management Officer to join the Euro 28 delivery team on a fixed term basis until 31st October 2028.
The role offers a significant opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of one of Newcastle’s most high profile international sporting events, reflecting the city’s selection as a Host City.
EURO 28 will bring together communities, showcase our city on a global stage, and create lasting legacies for residents and visitors alike.
As part of the EURO 28 team, you will assist in supporting the delivery of a world-class event, working alongside passionate colleagues and partners to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities- Monitoring and reporting on key business activities to support effective project delivery.
- Assist in the planning and management of performance targets, ensuring resources are used efficiently.
- Maintain and develop business processes to support decision making and project delivery.
- Coordinate sub group and stakeholder feedback and ensure effective communication channels between the delivery team and colleagues/external partners.
- Facilitate lessons learnt and knowledge sharing activities within the delivery team to drive continuous improvement and capture best practice for future event projects.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture where new ideas are welcomed and every voice is valued.
