Our client is recognised as a flexible, reliable and customer focused £Multi Million Paper supplier.

• Handle Paper Quality and Logistics complaints together with Commercial Claims.
• Accurately process and, if necessary, amend all claims on computerised system.
• Visit customers in respect of selected claims to discuss & negotiate with the customer.
• Liase with Company Sales team and Mill.
• Advise on causes and solutions to print problems.
• Financial negotiation on all claims.

• Print and Paper background with a sound knowledge of printing processes and subsequent problems.
• Articulate with Negotiation skills.
• Able and willing to travel within Europe.
• Able to work accurately and prioritise appropriately.
• Have good communication skills in the office, on the telephone and face to face.

• Salary according to experience.
• Company Car Allowance.
