• Analyse and interpret data to provide actionable business insights.
• Create compelling visualisations using tools such as Power BI, Power Apps and other BI platforms.
• Support business improvement initiatives with data‑driven recommendations.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand and define business requirements.
• Assist in maintaining and optimising databases using SQL or other data management tools.
• Contribute to project documentation, reporting and stakeholder communications.

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Full driving licence and ability to travel to the office as needed (hybrid working).
• Experience or familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, Python, R, Excel, Tableau or similar tools (a plus).
