As the eCommerce Category Lead at Mayborn (Tommee Tippee), you’ll shape the global digital product and pricing strategy for one of the world’s most loved baby brands. You’ll lead how our products show up across Amazon, DTC, and social commerce channels — ensuring the right range, pricing, and propositions are available for parents everywhere.
This is a high-impact, commercially focused role, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery in a fast‑paced, digitally transforming environment.
What you will be doing- Define and execute the global eCommerce product and pricing strategy across Amazon, DTC, and social platforms.
- Make informed product selection and assortment decisions based on market trends, profitability, and shopper behaviour.
- Lead PIPO (Product In, Product Out) planning for the global eCommerce assortment.
- Partner with brand and regional teams to align on exclusive online propositions and launch strategies.
- Drive collaboration across global markets to optimise assortment consistency and performance.
- Analyse category performance, pricing elasticity, and competitor activity to inform strategic recommendations.
- Work cross‑functionally with Supply, Digital, Marketing, and Sales to deliver category excellence.
- Proven experience in eCommerce category, merchandising, or commercial management roles.
- Strong understanding of Amazon, DTC, and social commerce platforms.
- Proven experience in price and assortment strategy.
- Skilled in interpreting data and analytics to guide commercial decisions.
- Experience managing product life cycles (launch, in‑life, and end‑of‑life).
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across global and regional teams.
