Overview

Senior Administrator - Intermediaries Office at RBC Brewin Dolphin, based in Newcastle. This role reports to the Wealth and Investments, Intermediaries Senior Manager and supports the Intermediaries business in delivering objectives and new initiatives. The Intermediaries Office, Senior Administrator works with colleagues across the Intermediary Channel, Client Facing Business Management, Regional Business Managers and Senior Business Managers to provide operational support and a deep understanding of Intermediary BAU processes.

Join the Intermediaries Office in our Newcastle office to help drive change, efficiency and customer outcomes within a regulated environment.

What will you do?
  • Ensure Intermediaries Office delivers good client outcomes, meets expectations and keeps stakeholders updated.
  • Run the monthly rebalancing process to a successful completion.
  • Monitor and engage with mailboxes, including external communications from vendors and platforms and internal communications within the Intermediaries Business.
  • Operate in a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Engage with business partners/teams to identify and deliver programmes of work, including written updates such as monthly management meeting packs.
  • Onboard Intermediary Firms in line with Client Due Diligence Standards and SLA targets, ensuring regulatory compliance including Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
  • Represent the Intermediaries Business in governance meetings and business forums as required.
  • Represent Intermediaries in change projects, working groups and readiness / implementation forums.
  • Regular engagement with IT, Change, Finance, Marketing, Business Management, Operations and others to identify, direct and deliver programmes of work, including written updates such as monthly management meeting packs.
What do you need to succeed?Must-have
  • Experience in investment management, asset management, private wealth or banking with proficiency in Client Due Diligence.
  • Front Office Operations knowledge.
  • Experience in Investment Management, Asset Management, Private Wealth or banking.
  • Knowledge of Investment and Fund Management.
  • Understanding of technical subject matter.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Numerate and able to define MI fit for purpose.
